MINDFUL CONNECTIONS IN COMMUNITY
LOOKING FOR A VIRTUAL SPACE TO PRACTICE AND EXPLORE WITH OTHERS?
Mindful Connections in Community is an online community where members can support one another in our mindfulness practice. Members get access to free members-only mindfulness resources, and chat discussion boards to connect, learn and grow together mindfully. Members also have first access to new programming and special offers.
We will be sharing exclusive resources multiple times a week and creating discussions around our weekly topics. We hope that our members will interact with the content and share their own personal thoughts and experiences.
Awaken Pittsburgh welcomes you and looks forward to creating a community where we can all thrive together!
Get access to start sharing and discussing your thoughts, challenges, and successes with our fellow mindfulness practitioners. We look forward to seeing you there!

THE OBSTACLE PRESENTS A NEED
Have you ever missed an opportunity because you were afraid? Anxious? Angry? Imagine the possibilities if, instead of your feelings being obstacles in your life, you could use them as tools for your life.
TURNING CORNERS
We’re all on various paths – we all have intentions and goals. We also have Callings.
As we make our way, on small daily trails and large lifetime paths, we encounter Obstacles. We may first view these as barriers. However, if we sit in mindfulness, we can transform the moment into something more than a frustration. We can get Curious. We can ask ourselves what this obstacle presents to us. It almost always speaks to some type of Need. Tuning into our needs is magical. It leads us where we most need to go.
LOVE IS A VERB
Please enjoy a conversation between Stephanie Romero (founder & director) and Darrel Rubin (board member) surrounding our February Topic, “Love is a Verb”.
